Shipping Questions

Do you ship outside the U.S.? How much does it cost?
Wacko ships all over the world; the cost depends on the weight of your package, where you live, and your method of shipping. To check your shipping costs, simply select the items you want; go to Checkout; and follow the instructions until your shipping costs appear. If you're happy with the price, simply complete your purchse, and we'll do the rest!

Please note that customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Those charges are imposed by your country, so there's nothing we can do about that. Sorry.

How do you ship the orders?
This is our standard shipping method:
*Orders shipped to street addresses in the continental U.S.: US Postal Service, UPS, or Federal Express (your choice).
*Orders shipped to P.O. boxes and rural routes in the continental US: US Postal Service
*Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APOs and FPOs: USPS Priority Mail
*Orders shipped to all other destinations: USPS Air Mail

How long will it take to get my order?
We here at Wacko try to be as efficient as possible. We know you really want your stuff, but we (and the shipping services) can only be so quick. Give us a couple of days to process and pack your order, and give the shipping services some time too: Anywhere from 1 to 14 days, depending on your shipping method and where you live on the planet.
Remember: Patience is a virtue. Being a weenie won't get it there any faster.

Can I get my order any faster?
*For orders shipped to street addresses in the continental United States, we offer UPS and Federal Express Expedited Services.
*For PO boxes, rural routes and shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, we offer USPS Express Mail, which takes 1 to 2 days.
*For International orders, we suggest using International Express Mail, which takes 5 to 7 business days rather than 7 to 14 business days.

You can select any of these methods in the Checkout Section when you're ready to make your purchase.

**Please be aware that we cannot ship orders the same day that we receive them, so plan accordingly. Please also be aware that UPS does not deliver on Saturday and Sunday. For this reason, a Next Day Air package shipped on Friday will arrive on Monday, and a 3 Day Select package shipped on Friday will arrive the following Wednesday. Again, please plan accordingly!

How can I check on the status of my order?
Easy. Simply enter in a password in the Checkout section, and you'll be able to check the status of your order using the handy link at the bottom of your email confirmation. Or you can email us with your information, and we'll get right back to you. Be sure to provide us with your first and last name, order number, and the date you placed your order. You will also receive an automatic email notification when your order ships, so keep an eye out for it—and check your junk folder, as we may end up there!

I placed an order a week ago, but my credit card hasn't been charged yet. Why?
Your credit card is authorized when you place your order, and charged when your order is ready to ship. We do this so that we can hand-check your order to avoid the risk of fraud and error, rather than just have a computer automatically bill your card.

How do I know if the order I placed online went through?
An email confirmation will be automatically sent to you after you place your order. Normally you will receive this confirmation within minutes of placing your order. If you have not received a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us, and we will check our records for you.

Is it safe to place orders on your website?
Yes! When you go into our Checkout Section, you'll see the code “https” at the beginning of our website address. The “s” stands for SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption, which is an industry standard encryption program that protects all http transmissions from break-ins by unauthorized parties.

And one last thing....
Due to the high amount of fraudulent orders originating from the following countries, we no longer ship to: Indonesia, Java, Thailand, the Philippines, Singapore, Brazil, Palestine and anywhere in Africa. So don't even try it. Sorry.
