I saw an item here a last week/month/year and now it's gone. Can I still order it?

Can you email/call me when you get more of [random item] in?
If you beg and plead and it's really, really important to you - maybe. But so many items come and go, and we get so many requests, that keeping track of everything and everyone would drive us pretty crazy. Your best bet is to email us, and we’ll give you an approximate ETA.

Can I preorder something?
Yes. You can still buy items that are temporarily out of stock. We will hold your order, and when we receive more of that item, your order will be filled. Please note: Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships.

I saw an item in your store, but it’s not on the website. Can I still order it and get it shipped to me?
Yes. Just call us or email us, and if it’s in stock, we’ll send it to you.

I placed an order a week ago, but my credit card hasn't been charged yet. Why?
Your credit card is charged when your order is ready to ship, not when you place your order. We do this so that we can hand-check your order to avoid the risk of fraud and error, rather than just have a computer automatically bill your card.

How do I know if the order I placed online went through?
An email confirmation will be automatically sent to you after you place your order. Normally you will receive this confirmation within minutes of placing your order. If you have not received a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us, and we will check our records for you

What methods of payment do you take?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and bank debit cards with the Visa and Mastercard logo. We also accept money orders and cashier’s checks, payable to Soap Plant / Wacko. Sorry, no personal checks or C.O.D.’s.

Is it safe to place orders on your website?
Yes. When you go into our Checkout Section, you'll see the code “https” at the beginning of our website address. The “s” stands for SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption, which is an industry standard encryption program that protects all http transmissions from break-ins by unauthorized parties.

SHIPPING

Do you ship outside the U.S.? How much does it cost?
Wacko ships all over the world; the cost depends on the weight of your package, where you live, and your method of shipping. To check your shipping costs, simply select the items you want; go to Checkout; and follow the instructions until your shipping costs appear. If you're happy with the price, simply complete your purchse, and we'll do the rest!

Please note that customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Those charges are imposed by your country, so there's nothing we can do about that. Sorry.

How long will it take to get my order?
We here at Wacko try to be as efficient as possible. We know you really want your stuff, but we (and the shipping services) can only be so quick. Give us a couple of days to process and pack your order, and give the shipping services some time too: Anywhere from 1 to 14 days, depending on your shipping method and where you live on the planet.
Remember: Patience is a virtue. Being a weenie won't get it there any faster.

Can I get my order any faster?
Yes!
*For orders shipped to street addresses in the continental United States, we offer UPS and Federal Express Expedited Services.
*For PO boxes, rural routes and shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, we offer USPS Express Mail, which takes 1 to 2 days.
*For International orders, we suggest using International Express Mail, which takes 5 to 7 business days rather than 7 to 14 business days.

You can select any of these methods in the Checkout Section when you're ready to make your purchase.

**Please be aware that we cannot ship orders the same day that we receive them, so plan accordingly. Please also be aware that UPS does not deliver on Saturday and Sunday. For this reason, a Next Day Air package shipped on Friday will arrive on Monday, and a 3 Day Select package shipped on Friday will arrive the following Wednesday. Again, please plan accordingly!
